How we keep you safe
Teacher verification
Know who you're learning from. Basic lets teachers start immediately. Verified means CNIC, qualification documents, and an intro video have been checked. Elite is earned after 50+ completed sessions and a strong rating — it cannot be bought.
Escrow-protected payments
When you pay for a class, that money doesn't go straight to the teacher. It's held by Padhai.pk until your class is confirmed complete. If the teacher doesn't show up, you get a full refund. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and card are the planned launch methods.
In-app sessions only
All classes happen over live video inside Padhai.pk — not over WhatsApp or personal numbers. That keeps a record if anything needs to be reviewed, and keeps session history and reviews on your profile.
Dispute resolution
If a class doesn't go as expected, you can raise a dispute. Both sides can propose a resolution. If you can't agree, our team reviews the case — usually within 2 days.
Cancellation & refunds
